MERJ Exchange Limited is licensed as a Securities Exchange operator under the Securities Act, 2007. MERJ Exchange Limited fully owns MERJ Clearing and Settlement Limited (MERJ CLEAR) and MERJ Depository and Registry Limited (MERJ DEP).


MERJ CLEAR is licensed as a clearing agency under the Seychelles Securities Act 2007 and is authorized by the Central Bank of Seychelles to operate a clearing and settlement system under the National Payment Systems Act 2014.


MERJ DEP is licensed as a securities facility to provide registry and depository services under the Seychelles Securities Act 2007.


The MERJ Group Companies, including MERJ Exchange Limited, MERJ CLEAR, and MERJ DEP, are all regulated by the Seychelles Financial Services Authority (FSA).
